Meditation for Healing classes being held
Saturday mornings (fine weather only) on South Shields beach.
Meet at Amphitheater NE33 2LD – 9.30am-10.30am from 27th June 2020.
Please wear loose clothing, bring a blanket and pillow or blanket and chair.
Cost for the session £10 only. Be prompt 9.30 am start.
